Welcome to my website! My mission is to cultivate a deep love for music in Hampton Roads, VA through tailored instruction, meaningful worship leadership, and expressive, curated performances. I strive to inspire students, congregations, and audiences alike by bringing skill, artistry, and heart to every musical moment.
I offer piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, as well as play live music for events and venues.
Who Am I?
I’m a professional musician! I’ve been playing piano for 18 years, organ for 6, and I have a bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from Bridgewater College. I am the church music director at St.Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hampton, VA. With over 18 years of playing the piano, 6 years of playing the organ, and 10 years of performing professionally, there are few events, worship services, and ceremonies I haven’t played for. I would love to make your function memorable with live piano music tailored to your venue, audience, and desired atmosphere.
My passion for music doesn’t only extend to performing music, but cultivating the skill in others! There’s nothing that makes me happier than students learning a favorite song for the first time, watching their technique improve, and watch as the dots (or notes) connect in their head as they grow in their musical abilities. My teaching encompasses both classical music and techniques, as well as popular music and ideas. I want my students to have fun while they grow.
